Why we started Radicate

Radicate Microfinance Foundation was incorporated in 2017 as a Section 8 not-for-profit company, founded by practitioners who spent years inside rural India before deciding the answer wasn't a new product, but a new institution.

How the Foundation is run

Section 8 structure

Radicate Microfinance Foundation is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 — meaning all surplus is reinvested into the Foundation's stated objects and not distributed to members or directors.

Statutory compliance

The Foundation files annual returns and audited financials with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Registrar of Companies, Kanpur). Our CIN — U65999UP2017NPL092954 — can be verified on the MCA portal.
